Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packaged. Processing and delivery times do not apply to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
*During the checkout process, you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling fees, in euros before placing your order. Your credit card will be charged in euros according to the costs shown during the checkout process.
MCT Natural offers free standard shipping on all merchandise orders over €50 (excluding taxes). For orders less than €50, a shipping fee of €6.99 will be charged for standard shipping. Express shipping costs €30 for all orders within the USA. Express shipping costs €35 for international orders. For standard orders, the total delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the delivery destination. For expedited shipping, the total delivery time of your order is between 2 and 3 business days (depending on shipping method and final delivery location). Please note that we cannot guarantee express delivery to PO Boxes or rural postcodes. We cannot deliver to international PO boxes.
We can deliver to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however delivery time may take up to 20+ business days.
Duties and Taxes
For international orders, shipping charges exclude duties and taxes. These fees are charged by the country you are shipping to and payment is necessary to clear your order from customs upon arrival. If customs duties are not paid cash on delivery, the order will be returned to MCT Natural.
Tracking the order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information if you have an mctnatural.com account. Log in to "My Account" and select "Order History and Tracking" to find out the status of your order. If your order has not arrived within the above timeline, please contact our Customer Experience Team at info@mctnatural.com.
