- Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging to the address we provided. Please do not return your purchase to our manufacturers.

Order changes and cancellation
After purchase, you have 24 hours to cancel the order or make changes. (Sale items are not subject to the possibility of cancellation) After this period, your order will already be processed and prepared for shipment, so no order changes or cancellations are possible after 24 hours.
Damaged/missing items
If for any reason your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to provide you with a replacement as quickly as possible. Please contact our support team to make a claim for damaged/missing items. refund
Once we receive your item in the condition and manner specified above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you at that time. Shipment
You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
